Ingredients

– active starter  – warm water – flour  – almond flour – salt  – honey  – raisins

Step 1

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Begin to stretch and fold the dough with 30 minute intervals for a total of 3 times.

Step 3

After the final stretch and fold, cover the sourdough with a damp towel and allow to rise.

Step 4

Once the sourdough has doubled in size, place it in a banneton and into the fridge for the final rise.

Step 5

After the second rise, score the sourdough. Transfer it to a dutch oven and bake it for 55 minutes at 425 degrees. 

Step 6

Allow the freshly baked sourdough bread to cool for 1 hour. Enjoy!
