INGREDIENTS

whole roasted garlic active sourdough starter  sea salt dried basil dried oregano dried thyme garlic powder fresh chopped basil extra virgin olive oil

Cut the garlic. Place it in foil and pour olive oil on it. Roast it for about 30 minutes in a 400 degree oven.

While garlic is roasting, mix all dry ingredients in with the active sourdough starter.

Mix all dry ingredients in with the active sourdough starter.

Place the Italian sourdough discard flat bread mixture on a preheated pizza stone or cast iron skillet. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Once baked, spread the roasted garlic across the top of the Italian sourdough flat bread. Drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle with fresh basil.
