Regular full fat cow’s milk Vinegar or fresh lemon  juice Sea salt

Pour cow’s milk into a stockpot and place on stove. Turn on low heat and gradually work up to medium heat.

Prepare your workstation with a hot pad, colander, and a pot to catch the hot whey.
