homemade mayonnaise

INGREDIENTS

whole egg egg yolks dijon mustard juice from a lemon vinegar extra virgin olive oil. salt to taste

STEP 1

Place egg and egg yolks in a mason jar. Add lemon juice, dijon mustard, and a pinch of salt.

STEP 2

Using an immersion blender, blend the egg mixture and then slowly start to pour in the extra virgin olive oil while still blending.

STEP 3

Keep blending until all of the olive oil is incorporated.

STEP 4

Salt and pepper to taste and serve!
