STEP 1: Let your cold butter sit at room temperature until soft but not melted.
STEP 2: Add the softened butter to the bottom of the bowl of a stand mixer (or you can use a hand mixer) beat on medium-high until light and fluffy (about 2–3 minutes).
STEP 3: Drizzle in the sweet honey, salt, and cinnamon (if using). Continue whipping for another 1–2 minutes until fully combined and airy.
STEP 4: Spoon or pipe into a jar or ramekin. Serve this delicious butter immediately, or cover with plastic wrap or place in an airtight container and refrigerate. Let soften slightly before serving if chilled.
