Ingredients

  • 2 cups Whole Rolled Oats
  • 2 ½ cups Whole Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup of mixed berries

Instructions

  • These oats need to be made the night before if you want them for breakfast. Measure the Quaker Oats in a measuring cup and place them in a quart mason jar. Measure the milk in a measuring cup and combine it with the oats. Add the maple syrup, the salt, and the cinnamon to the oat mixture. Stir the oat mixture well to ensure that all the ingredients are well incorporated. Place a plastic lid on top of the mason jar and screw it on well to ensure that it is secure. Place in fridge and leave overnight. Allow to sit for at least 8 hours. When you are ready to serve, shake the jar well to make sure all the ingredients are mixed. Place in bowls. Add the mixed berries and serve! This is best eaten immediately.
