Place flour, water, sourdough starter, and salt in a bowl.

Mix all ingredients together and cover for 15 min.

Stretch and fold dough. Cover and rest 30 minutes.

Repeat this process for a total of 3 times.

After final 30 minutes, shape dough into a ball and allow to rise until doubled in size.

After first rise, roll into a ball and place into a lined bowl and into the fridge overnight.

Remove sourdough from fridge and score your dough!

Bake at 425 for 50 minutes. Remove top and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
