Easy Einkorn Sourdough Bread Recipe

Mix einkorn flour, water, sourdough starter, and salt. Allow to rest for 30 minutes.

Bring the dough together with a bench scrapper.

Do 3 series of stretch and folds with 30  minute intervals.

After the final stretch and fold, cover with a damp tea towel.

Allow the dough to double in size.

Once dough has doubled in size, place on floured surface and shape into a ball.

Place into a banneton and cover with plastic wrap. Allow it to rise overnight in the fridge.

After overnight rise, score bread and place into a preheated dutch oven.

Bake at 450 degrees for 45 minutes.
