caramel sauce

white cane sugar heavy whipping cream vanilla extract sea salt

INGREDIENTS

Place sugar in a saucepan on the stove. Turn on to medium high heat. Cook for 6 minutes.

Once 6 minutes is up remove from heat. Add cream, vanilla, and salt.

Place back on low heat and stir until the caramel has blended into the cream mixture.

The caramel sauce will thicken up once cooled. Place in a jar and serve!
