Ingredients

  • 4 cups clabber yogurt, kiefer, or whole milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ΒΌ cup honey or monk fruit sweetener for a low carb version
  • Pinch of salt optional

Instructions

  • Place clabber (or milk of choice) into the blender. Add frozen berries. Add honey. Add rest of the ingredients that are desired. Blend for several seconds at high speed to make sure no frozen fruit chunks are left behind. Serve in glasses or as a smoothie bowl and enjoy!
