Ingredients:
Fresh cucumbers Salt water Brine Bay leaf Dill Garlic (optional)

Slice cucumbers into quarters. Prepare the brine: 2 tablespoons of salt to 1 quart of purified water

Place the sliced cucumbers in a quart size mason jar.
