Easy Fermented Pico de Gallo Salsa

 fresh tomatoes medium yellow onion garlic cloves bunches of fresh cilantro   jalapenos  poblano peppers  teaspoons of Himalayan salt   tablespoon fresh lemon juice or lime juice

Mason Jar  Mason Jar Lid Fermentation Weight (Optional) Burping Lid (optional)

Chop all ingredients and add them to a bowl.

Mix well until the juices release.

Place in a mason jar and allow to ferment for 3 to 4 days.

Serve and enjoy on your favorite dish!
